FGWellness (Future Generation Wellness) is an online mental health and holistic wellness center dedicated to nurturing the hearts and minds of youth, parents, and educators.
Founded on Christian values, our work centers on healing, personal transformation, and empowering the next generation to live with purpose, resilience, integrity and joy.
We walk alongside families and educators on their journeys helping them heal, build emotional and mental resilience, develop spiritual maturity, and connect deeply with their God given identity.

Felicia Goosen
Founder & CEO
Felicia Goosen is the Founder and CEO of Future Generation Wellness and the Executive Director of the FGWellness Life Foundation. A practicing Wellness Counsellor and Master Life Coach, she specialises in holistic youth wellness. As an advocate for youth mental health and inclusion, Felicia is dedicated to making a positive impact in South Africa and across Africa. She is also the author of her memoir, Prison Child.
